About Us

The company originated in 1992 as a modest establishment and has been officially registered with the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce ever since, operating under the name Adnan Abdulaziz Ibrahim Automotive Spare Parts Office. In the year 2020, a significant transformation took place, elevating its status to a private limited company. This evolution resulted in the establishment being rebranded as Adnan Abdulaziz Ibrahim Al-Arqawazi Company for Automotive Spare Parts and General Trade. The initial capital of the company at this stage was fifty million Iraqi dinars (IQD 50,000,000). Fast forward to December 2023, and the company underwent further expansion. The capital was substantially increased to four hundred and fifty million Iraqi dinars (IQD 450,000,000), marking a pivotal milestone in its financial growth and stability.
